Boutique coffee cart with trained barista, perfect for any event.

Our story

Hi, I’m Taylah — owner and operator of Coffees On Cart. The idea for this little business of mine was born in 2023, not long after the arrival of our beautiful daughter.

Like so many new parents, my partner and I were trying to figure out how I could stay at home to raise our growing family, while still contributing financially during what felt like an increasingly tough time for so many.

One weekend, while attending yet another auction (we were in house-hunting mode!), we noticed a coffee cart set up out the front. My partner instantly turned to me and said, "You could do that." I wasn’t convinced straight away, but the idea stuck.

With over 10 years of experience in hospitality — from making coffees to managing venues — I knew the industry inside out. After a few weeks of research, soul-searching, and lots of late-night chats, I finally took the plunge. I started mapping out a plan: researching coffee carts, sorting out council permits, figuring out the logistics, and pulling together a business that could work around family life.

It wasn’t long before I found the perfect cart and gave it a custom makeover. I reconnected with my long-time coffee supplier, Dimattina Coffee, and with their support (and a lot of elbow grease), Coffees On Cart was officially born.

Thanks for being here and supporting a small, family-run dream.
